1. Delivery Coverage
We offer countrywide delivery, serving customers both in Nairobi and other counties across Kenya.
2. Delivery Times
- Nairobi and Environs: Orders placed within Nairobi typically enjoy a speedy delivery, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 3 hours. We strive to ensure that deliveries within Nairobi are completed on the same day as the order is placed. Our Order cutoff time is 5 pm
- Outside Nairobi: For customers outside Nairobi, we aim to deliver your orders within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are location-dependent and may vary depending on distance, delivery mode etc. Your order delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Upon placing an order, our team will reach out to you to confirm the details of your order.
5. Order Tracking
Customers will receive order tracking information via SMS and/or email. This information allows you to monitor the status and progress of your order.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only shipped within Kenya.
7. Delivery Methods
For deliveries within Nairobi and environs, we use our own boda boda riders to ensure your orders arrive safely and in good time.
For deliveries outside Nairobi, we have options for either via Wells Fargo(default option) or as parcels using the customer's preferred public means ie North Rift, Easy coach, Super Metro etc. We shall call you to confirm the preferred method before we dispatch the order.
