Return & Exchange Policy
We allow returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was sent.
- Non-defective items that have the wrong sizing or wrong colour or do not meet your expectations in any way.
Time Frame
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase/delivery of the item(s).
Eligibility for returns or exchanges
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included
- Items must not have been used or modified.
Return Options
Exchange: If eligible, an exchange is allowed for a different item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days after the item is returned.
Store Credit Receive store credit for the full amount, valid for 1 year
Refund Defective products are eligible for full refund in cases where the exact products are out of stock. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Refunds will be issued using the original order payment method or via Mpesa.
Exceptions
- Items on sale/clearance offer are non-returnable or refundable - Special orders and custom items are non-returnable or refundable

Provide Proof — Send clear pictures of the product showing the issue, along with your order details, such as the order number, physical or digital receipt, and mode of purchase (website, Instagram, TikTok).

Return Process – Once approved, carefully package and ship or return the item(s) back to us, or drop it off in-store at our location, Shop no F16, 1st floor, Jitihada Shopping Complex, Taveta Road, Nairobi.
Important Notes:
- Returns will not be accepted if you fail to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Customer-damaged items (caused by misuse, alteration, or negligence) will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- Items damaged during transit are eligible for a refund, subject to verification.
